IT'S POPPIN'

It’s very discouraging to hear of all the hate crime that has been happening lately in NYC, my hometown. The beatings and attacks that took place earlier in the month were scary enough, but last Friday’s murder of a young gay man (in Greenwich Village of all places!!) is downright terrifying. It’s sad to think that as more states pass gay marriage, these attacks are becoming more common. Progress, not regress…
